Scenario: a Monaco gourmet restaurant with panoramic views over Port Hercule, a coveted table but struggling to recruit the new international wave (30-45 years old, US/UK/Asia) who book via Instagram and Resy before Google. Social presence under-powered against less-starred but more "instagrammable" venues in Larvotto and Monte-Carlo. The challenge is not the cuisine — it is transmitting the craft, atmosphere and view in a format where attention lasts three seconds, without falling into the "food porn" cliché that instantly devalues the table in high season.
Our approach: monthly photo shoots (kitchen + dining room + view, natural light only), cinematic 30-45 second reels showcasing the service choreography and signature plating, curated food-influencer collaborations (3-5 per year, long-form editorial-style posts not press-table photos), immersive behind-the-scenes stories (morning prep, market delivery, dishwashing), Meta + TikTok campaigns targeting UHNW tourists in town during Grand Prix and Yacht Show, with direct links to the Resy and OpenTable reservation page. KPIs: qualified DMs, save rate, saves-to-followers ratio — not the follower counter.
