The site is French-only, has no product schema, ships duplicated listing pages, and loads slowly enough to lose iPhone users. The market concentrates 200-400 transactions a year at €40K-€100K+ per square metre; every uncaptured "penthouse Monaco" or "Carré d'Or apartment" query is a six-figure commission walking away. Goal: organic independence via SEO targeted by neighbourhood, property type and source language.

Monthly tracking of rankings, qualified organic traffic and non-portal lead share.
