Scenario: a Monaco luxury fashion house whose online boutique is outdated, underperforms on mobile, and falls short of its ultra-premium positioning. Goal: a headless e-commerce experience that matches the brand stature.
Our approach: Next.js + Shopify Headless architecture, large-format product visuals, subtle scroll-triggered micro-animations, and a VIP personalization module. Technical target: sub-1s mobile LCP with a conversion-optimized PDP/cart/checkout flow.
